Is it good or bad and how to get rid of it if they are bad
Bristleworm, good guy, eats left over food and debris and helps keep the rock and sand cleaner
Yep. They can get caught up in socks especially. It ain't the end of the world if ya get hit by them, but your finger(s)/hand will hurt for about a week. If you choose to get rid of them, you've got plenty of fish or invert choices that will dine and dash with great enthusiasm.

dont touch them btw, they sting humans
