Help IDing what is on my butterfly

Hello -

Woke up this morning to find what had been an otherwise healthy and eating butterflyfish has some strange patterns on his tail and fins and his scales seem dull. It doesn’t look like Ich…it is patches and not dots. Any idea what is up here

He also seems to be wanting to just hang out directly in the flow from the powerhead
