Hello!

I want to share my 13liters pico reef! I would like to know if you have any comments about it!
Also, I would like some help with two things:
1-Is it everything ok with my frogspawn? It is looking a bit weird, it was looking nicer two days ago.
2-Do you think a Blood Ref Fire Shrimp can do well in this tank??

Thank you! Hope you all like my tank!

Hi there! Welcome to the pico reefing scene :) your tank looks very nice.mi like how simple the aquascape is. Your softies are looking nice, but your lps look like they are getting too much flow. Remember, they like low light and low flow to thrive here is my frogspawn

See how it is fully extended? That's what you want it to look like: nice and fat =] though I think what you have there are a hammer coral and a torch coral not frogspawn. Here's my hammer

Torches, hammers, frogspawn are all euphyllias...and they tend to like a but of flow...so if there is any way of moving him up to where he'll get some more water movement he should do better. Also, they like water with nitrates about 5-10ppm... I keep about 30 different euphyllias in my tank and they are my favorite LPS...
So the hammer up front looks okay, but the torch needs to move somewhere with more flow..also, they can be near each other as they don't sting each other, but can sting your zoas (I've never had a problem with mine though)

I am sorry to tell, but my torch died today... Over the night both the mouths died... I measured my parameters and the PO4 was 0,12 and the NO3 50mg/L, they were both ok last week... Do you think my other corals are in risk? What could be the causes for my loss?? Thank you!

Those levels are pretty high. I'd do weekly water changes of 20% or more. That's what I do. What is your water change schedule? Also I highly disagree with the amount of flow lps should have. I have read in many many threads that they prefer lower flow.

Usually I do water changes weekly. I did one last friday, and the torch was looking great. Actually, it was looking nice even the day before he died... The hammer has been in the very same position for a couple of months and it is doing well...

Pico reefs tend to build up nitrate and phosphate much faster than their larger counterparts. Are u using ro water to make your water? It seems like if you are doing weekly changes your levels should never be that high. You may have too many fish in that tank. Over feeding? Idk I hope you figure it out.

Also in my opinion LPS loves low flow. My frogspawn had little to no flow. It grew and swelled up more. While when it was under flow it didn't extend as much. Goodluck!
