I need help figuring out what this is. This showed up after a water change using natural sea water which I was forced to do after my local salt water fish store closed unexpectedly . I only did the one water change and these critters showed up. These tiny spider/starfish looking things are as small as a pea up to a dime in diameter. They are primarily focused on hanging out on my green hydnophora hard coral. They startle and scurry away when I try to get them.

They are a great addition to the clean up crew (detritus eaters). Lots of people pay good money for them.

You don't want to get rid of them. They are a great part of a diverse cleanup crew. They aren't going to eat your coral.
