hi, I just set up a Spectrapure cspdi 90 MF. Yesterday. The unit is new and was set up correctly. The TRM-1 meter needed to be connected and I did. The meter read 0 on all three channels and it would not turn off. Today it readers ERR on all three lines. All connections are correct. I live in NY and my water hardness is below 20. I called the spectrapure rep and he was very nice but had not encountered this problem. Is it a defective meter? Any thoughts.
