I fed it frozen marine cuisine: the lady at Petco which wasn’t my normal lady who had been with me through this process so I should I known better told me to feed it this. But luckily she spit it all out and I cleaned the tank of it and we are working on back to normal! I’m so glad because I have been doing so well checking on it and trying to do this right way!! Picture to updateGive it a day or two and it should go back to normal. Anemones sometimes push their insides out to clear them of something they don't like, need want...
What did you feed it?
I have definitely learned my lesson! Just simple brine shrimp from now on!! Learned to listen to who I trust and been with me doing this for the past few monthsFrom the look of the poop, I think you feed it too much. It is weak, bleached and cannot fully digested it so it threw it back up.
Don’t feed it anywhere near as much. 1/2 pencil eraser should be OK every 3 days or so.
That nem looks bad. Its very badly bleached. For what its worth I never target feed my nems and they are all doing great and have been for several years with no direct feeding. What do you have for lighting? Like corals nems need light more than feeding.
A few weeks update. He has moved multiple times but getting bigger and bigger and the clowns are loving it.It not what you feed it, How much is the problem. I feed mine all kind of things including dry pellets.
Mostly, I feed my anemone human sea food. Don’t feed them shell fish. You got to know that an anemone is mostly water so the biomass of your anemone is about the same amount of a small clown fish. You can over feed and this cause problem.
