help is my anenome okay?

my anenome has been like this for about 4 days now. is it alright? or may it be getting ready to split? im not sure. water par is where it should be. please if anyone can help. ive had for about 2 months now. tank is 9 months old 50 gal

Mine go through phases. They are super sensitive. If all other parameters are good then I would leave it be. Do you ever spot feed it?

It could be getting ready to split. If it was doing well before, it’s probably OK. If it’s not getting enough flight or flow it should move on its own.

i have 2 neros in the tank at either end flow is good its been in that spot for over a month. it does have this live on its foot looks like it wants to split soon its about 4 to 5 inches

Either getting ready for a split or getting very annoyed by the clown which happens frequently. Assure phos and nitrate not elevated and moderate- med light and moderate water flow. Insufficient water flow and light often causes them to shrink

Update. i believe i figured out that my anenome is splitting. its starting to form a figure 8 on the face. looks like its gonna make a nice little new one

Looks more inflated. Increase light a little as it appears to be expelling zooxanthellae, its not poop as often referred to. It needs adequate light to build this inner algae up
