Help.... Is my Sebae dying???

This is the whole sebae....

Here is the portion i just notice that looks calcified,,,,

Its still sticky and Brown.... Not suree what is going on,,,,

I would run carbon and get a water change ready, not sure if its going to die but keep us posted. it looks healthy nice and inflated is there something that could of stung it?
 
There is nothing in the tank except the sebae and the two clowns.
 
What does your water look like? and how are your levels? didn't you have a problem a week or so ago with it expelling in your tank to?
 
Yes I did. Just checked no ammonia and low nitrates. Will do another minor change tomorrow as scheduled. But nothing since it cleared. My salinity is nearing 1.03. So will have to take that down slowly.
 
It is difficult to tell by the photo. +1 with Steven on water quality. Could something have injured him?
 
There is nothing else in the tank. And the injury is on the other side of te power head. So other than that nothing else could've harmed. I'm at a loss. Buts still brown and seem strong. Just that section is very disturbIng.
