Help! Is this a pest!

Hi all. I cleaned me sand bed a week ago and notice these tube picking out the sand a few days after, I thought and was hoping they was feather duster but I’ve just fed my fish and noticed them more. Can anyone tell me what they are and are they a pest? All advice greatful

Depends on how heavily you feed your tank. You will start to see and noticed them less if you lighten up on your feedings. Nothing to worry about!
