Help, Is this black ich on my blue tang?

Saw these black spot on my blue tang. Is it black ich?

It looks like it could be from the pic. When I zoom though it looks like there are small puncture holes on the tang?

They almost look like divets in the fish, has he been fighting with anybody?

Could be black ich, but sometimes feeding ich/velvet trophonts on a Hippo Tang will leave pit marks like that as well. As will skin flukes.

Agree that looks a bit large for black ich to me.

The spot on the tail looks like black ich to me, however so perhaps it’s the blurry photograph.
