Doing some tank maintenance/changing and came across these creepy crawlers. Some are quite large. Are they bristleworms? Are the good?

Yes. Having that many is a sign of excess nutrients (overfeeding) in the tank. Reduce feeding and the numbers will decrease. There is nothing wrong with having some as they are good clean up crew, but you don't want them to take over. It is simple to make a trap for them by putting a piece of food inside some floss and inside a stocking. They go for the food and their bristles get trapped in the stocking. Then you can easily dispose of them.
Keep in mind though the reason you have so many. If you remove the bristles without reducing feeding the population will just expand again.
