Help, is this brown jelly?

Hi all
I lost my hammer, one head at a time within the last week and my torch was looking sickly and I lost one head today and the other looks really bad and this time it is covered with this brown stuff. The hammer just shrunk up and fell off one at a time, any help would be great

Probably to late, but google Kung Fu Panda dip. After a bought with bjd I keep a box with all the ingredients on hand.

Both sides were green yesterday
It definitely has a funky smell, but I honestly don’t know what to compare it to

Looks like brown jelly to me. The head on the left is lost. Best to chop it off. The one on the right might be saved with an antibiotics dip.

I cll the smell the smell of death. You’ll know it when you smell it. What @JoJosReef said.
