Help! Is this flatworm?

Found these swimming at night just now. They move fast, some are light blue and orange. They are thin and long, not fat like normal flatworm. Anyone can help ID? I dip everything in Bayer, and cut off most plugs or clean them with a brush.

I must be dumb, so they are like bristle worm? I have a ton of spaghetti worm in my tank. And these are harmless?

Yeah I stay away from my tank when the lights go out. What it does in the dark i let it do in the dark. Haha.
