Help! Is this flatworm?

Found these swimming at night just now. They move fast, some are light blue and orange. They are thin and long, not fat like normal flatworm. Anyone can help ID? I dip everything in Bayer, and cut off most plugs or clean them with a brush.

These appear to have segments and legs - I think these are worm epitokes
