Help is this good or bad? It's growing in size

The shiney bubble next to my fun dip sps. It looks like its filled with a translucent green liquid.

Looks like bubble algae to me. I would suggest removing it before it spreads too much. Try not to pop it if you can as it can cause it to spread.
