help! is this good or bad?

I have a frog spawn coral that I have had for about a month now and this has been on it since I got it....today I took a picture and a video and it looks like it is hatching! Anyone know what it is and if it is good or bad!

Thanks everyone....I pulled the coral from the tank and scraped it off. So unless already propagated, it has been banished from my tank.
