Can you tell me why the color is receding on my Candy Cane? Is this normal or is something wrong. I have the worst luck with this coral and it is supposed to be an easy one to grow. It seems to be my nemesis!!!!

Lights are on 8 hrs. This is a 29 biocube and the coral is placed at the bottom of the tank. Thanks for your help.

It's extending for feeding so just watch it over the next few days. I would feed it but no more than one small pellet per day until the recession stops.

Thanks....before I read your reply I fed each head one brine shrimp. After they ate the tentacles came back out like it wants to feed. I hope I don't lose this one. How often do you feed them when everything is normal. Thanks for your help.
