HELP - Kamoer X1 Pro 2 Problems

So i am having issues of "connection reset" on my login screen. This still happens after i delete the app, reinstall, turn off/on phone, and reconnect dosers. I cant even reset my password. Nothing has fixed it, and I have an email out to Kamoer, but not sure how long the response will be. TIA

Seems like their mobile server is working today. Very inconsistent, and never remembers my password (every week i have to reset the password)
