Help Kessil 360x and Spectral X owners

So my schedule on acclimation mode was running great. Now the schedule doesn't run.

My controller only showed "1 lamp" in TB etc. Kessil told me to unplug the controller and plug it back in. I did and "2 lamps" showed up. But I wouldn't know until later last night the schedule stopped working.

I've tried everything but it will not run my schedule in acclimation mode.
Any ideas?

Ok. I worked up some more patience to mess with it again.

There's not much out there on setting up this controller. BRS video is pretty basic and generic . It's a new light so I guess this is to be expected. Speaking with Tiffany @ Kessil the other day about the first problem she said a new updated user manual etc is in the works. They need to definitely work on that. It's an odd way of setting up but makes a lot of sense once you get a little bit of a handle on it.

Problem:

Quick set schedules were not responding.

Also my home screen and screen saver display failed to show what % my lights were currently running .

What I did:

Even though I'm not using Quick set 1( I made my own quick set program/schedule. Quick set 2) I went to Quick Set 1 and "Restored to Default." This for some reason allowed my Quick set 2 program in Acclimation mode to start running.

I'll watch it over the next 24 hours and report back.

Schedule is working as normal. The lights ramped off last night and ramped on the morning. Changing % on acclimation mode also worked on the fly .


Restoring Quick set 1 to fsctofa default
appears to have corrected the problem. I'm going to pass my info to Kessil.

Appears to be a bug.
