Don’t know what’s going on with leather it’s been like this for months and has not been bright like my other one in a long time if anyone’s had these problems let me know what you came to as a solution?
Both are in the same tank one is thriving and the other is suffering

I would raise your calcium to 440 and the salinity to 1.024 or 1.025. Is the phosphate .04 or .4? .04 would be preferable. It could also be lighting. You might try moving it to a different spot if you can. I have found my leathers to be temperamental. My colt coral gets unhappy first.

I have many of them as you can see. They do this to shed and then grow and then drop new ones. Don’t touch it at all but blowing them off with a powerhead often quickens the process.

Your rocks look really rad!

If it looks really shinny it's getting ready to shed.

The white spots is it starting to frag itself
