Help Locating a 37 Gallon Glass Tank?!

Looking to find a 37 Gallon Tall glass tank 30" (L) x12" (W) x22" (T) .... I'm located in NYC.
My tank unfortunately just sprung a leak on one of the glass joints so it needs replacement ASAP!

Anyone know of an aquarium source in NYC that might sell this, I can't find one.

Alternately, a custom fabricator? (If not crazy expensive).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
