Help! Losing Palys!

I have a rock of Palys in our tank that is looking sad.

A week or so ago we noticed white/cream spots on the stalks... They didn't seem to be having much else wrong with them after that...

But yesterday we touched we are losing Palys! The rock had 14 on it and now we are down to 12... They are shrinking and looking sad. My husband said he saw little bugs crawling all over it this morning. I dont know what to think...

There are also dark spots in the stalks now..

Please help me with this!

Have you tried dipping them? What are your water params?

Our params as of last night,

Salinity: 1.025
pH: 8.1
Ca: 460
KH: 10 dKH
Nitrates 0
Phosphates 0

No we havent dipped yet... We currently don't have any dip.

The only reason I suggest a dip is because you said your hubby saw "bugs" on them. Anywhere local that you can pick some up? I use coralrx, but someone may come along and suggest something better.

do a hydrgen peroxide dip 80% salt water and 20% peroxide. make sure polyps are closed up before dipping. cheap remedy for a dip
no longer than 15 min. might take them a few days to come back out but should take care of the problem. i had to do this with a colony of blue hornets and they came back just fine.

Either this or freshwater dip them for about 3-5 min it will kill all the bugs, what you probably have is nudibranch's that eat polyps!
