HELP! Lost power and now Apex isn't responding :-/

I just lost power for a split second and my apex says its connected, but nothing is on or running. I tried to reset it but I get no response. It appears the apex thinks it's connected to everything, but nothing is responding. I've also noticed that my return pump and other pumps aren't on either. Any suggestions would be great.

Unplug power bar, wait 30 seconds, and plug back in.

Did that and didn't get anything.

In the mean time bypass it, get extension power strip. Seem like your power bar is messed up.

there a forum on how to fix that.

Whats confusing is that it shows that it is connected on my desktop, but on my phone it is not connected.
