mymandarin is looking skinny.i bought copepods and try to feed it frozen but its still doesnt eat the frozen food.need to know what to do

To say these fish are difficult is putting it mildly. It's dependent on the specimen. Try feeding using a turkey baster. It's been my experience that once the starving begun there's nothing u can do. Sorry not a good answer

Buy LIVE pods - not frozen and you will keep him alive. Reef Nutrition sells them (Tigger Pods) and they are sold at most LFS. They are expensive (like $18-$20 for a small bottle) and they are refrigerated, but very much alive (you can see htem swimming around when it gets warm). This is what I am using to feed my Mandarin (and what the LFS was using) and is fat and happy until he is over on frozen food. Good thing is since they are alive, they will reproduce, so one bottle goes a long way. Make sure you turn off your return pumps and turn off all your water movement so they can get down to the rocks without being blown away.

You need to slowly get them onto frozen foods or it'll be really expensive - they won't take frozen foods most of the time directly from the store. Keep them fed and alive with live pods and every week use a turkey baster that has a mix of live pods, frozen pods, and frozen brine and mysis. Keep doing this over and over and they will start eating more and more of the frozen food (hopefully... garlic could help). If you are lucky, you will get them totally on frozen food quickly - if not, it's expensive to keep them in a small tank that doesn't naturally have tons and tons of pods.

Be aware that many other fish eat pods as well, especially wrasses, which makes it difficult to keep the population up.
