Help me adjust my lighting schedule!

I think I need I need help adjusting my lighting schedule. I had a small ramp up time and then was running my royal blue (night blue) and blues at 100% and my whites at 50% for 9 hours.

Rent a PAR meter and take actual measurements. Until then you are guessing. You also say nothing about your tank, light, corals, etc so good luck!

I have a dying Goni, long tentacle plate, blasto, frog spawn, zoa rock, mushroom.

I have the light sitting on the glass about 3-4 in from the surface
