I got new ATI Straton lights for my WaterBox 60x30. I have the lights 13 inches from water. Using preset for mixed corals. Rented par meter for the day 300 at top of corals 200 on the sand at 100%. I have the lights starting at 0% at 6:30am, 50% at 7:30am, 90% at 8:30am, 100% at 9:30am to 4:30pm, 90% at 5:30pm, 50% at 6:30pm, off 7:30pm. So 13 hours total and 7 hours at 100% is this too much?

Beautiful tank. I would just match the lighting schedule to the lights you had on the tank prior if they were LEDS.

Thanks. My last lights were GiesmannVervve that had a little more par at the top on one light and the other one was about 40% less. I had lots of problems with the old lights, couldn’t adjust anything after about 6 months sent them in four times and the last time I got them back I had totally different par from side to side.

Any other thoughts on 300 par for 7 hours for mixed corals before I return this par meter?
