Help me battle Cyano one step at a time

I had started a thread earlier this week about a Cyano problem in my tank. This is not typical red color it is more of a green color and is blanketing my rocks and sand bed.
I was asked by a fellow reefer to post my tank specs and more details so we could all fight this battle together

The Tank:

Innovative Marine 20 nuvo all in one tank
Mj 900 return
Mp10 powerhead in display
Twin caddy’s in first chambers. Top to bottom:
Filter floss
Live rock
Blue chemipure nano
Light is an ai prime. Picture of settings above

Second chambers: liverock and heater

Third chamber:
Return and ato

There is about 16 pounds total liverock in display and 15 pounds live sand

Inhabitants:
Clown pair small. About .75 inches
Six line wrasse. About 1 inch
4 snails for rocks
3 small nassarious snails for sand
3 zoa frags
3 mushrooms
2 acan frags
Hammer.
All coral seems to be happy besides the zoa frags that are getting blanketed and not getting enough light

Tank Background:
Bought used about 8 months ago and had running till a crash due to lack of maintenance.

Tank was broken down and scrubbed of all algae with a toothebrush in saltwater to not disturb bacteria. I then topped the sand with a fresh layer of live sand and here we are today.
