Help me choose led lights for my new system

Hey everyone looking to dive into LED lights for my new system. It is a rubbermaid 100 gallon tank that measures 36x53x20

-How many fixtures would i need
-I am keeping sps/lps/softies
-Not looking to spend thousands of dollars on lights either haha
-Looking for wide color spectrum
-Dimmable

I also have 2x250w halides over the tank, can i run a LED fixture and these halides for part of the day while the LEDs go all day?

Ok, I was waiting to get used to my new LEDs (INSPiRE fixture) from LEDTRiC.com and feel comfortable recommending them.

As far as color, spread, fan noise and looks......
Color - Great, there are four modules ( all whites(1), cyan/red/UV(2), half the blues(3), other half of blues(4)) and each can be controlled 0-100% individually giving you total control over any spectrum wanted.
Spread - Great, you can order 60,90 or 120 optics at no extra charge and even utilize different optics on each led if needed for say a Multi level tank. My two units are 5-7in above waterline on a standard 75G and I'm getting 700+ on sand bed (have one spot that is shaded partially and still gets 480). Very little disco effect, only notice if module 2 (noted above) is higher than the other modules.
Fan noise - Hardly notice, stays on as long as main power switch is on for safety. Very quiet. Two fans per unit.
Looks - Very modern, sleek look. Put together very well and feels sturdy.
