I have never heard of this. The tailspot blenny is Ecsenius Stigmatura. Do you know what species this orange TSB is? I still very much feel it's more likely some photoshop brightening of the natural coloring in those photos of the very bright orange and blue TSB.

Yasha goby? Green banded goby? If you want a dormant fish a citron clown goby should work, they grow like 3-4 inches, but dont move much
