Well its a toss up, either set up a 65 gallon (36x18x25) and find a sump and use the stand I have now or set up a 90 gallon( matching stand and canopy) and use the sump I'm getting which is 40 breeder
The issue I run into is lights and skimmer
The 36" tank I have a chance at using a 6 bulb t-5 set up, the 90 I have a dual 250 watt mh with dual t-5's to use
I will be going mixed reef mostly softies, lps and zoas, but want the option to do some SPS
The skimmer issue( isnt a huge deal) but its a sca-301 which is rated for 65 gallons can upgrade down the road if needed
I will have a very light bio load (fish wise for now) when its cycled and set up
The 40 breeder sump is designed with a fuge and I will run it
Both tanks/stands have canopys and I have to have one per the wife LOL
What would your choice be?
