Help me decide filteration on 25g frag tank

I got the new frag tank but I want to use as display.

My future stock list will be

1 Sixline wrasse
1 Flame hawkfish
1 or 2 Clown fish
1 Yellow tail damsel
And maybe 1 small fish extra
And some cuc
I'll move all of my sps and lps corals to there as well

So as you can see it's not low bioload.
And I think myself as medium to heavy feeder. I Want to feed fishes at least 1 time per day, 2 preferable. Can do wc biweekly.

To manage a nutrient I need strong and stable filteration but sump has pretty limited space.

Cant do skimmer and refugium combo.

What should I do? Skimmer and biopellet?

I do have vertex space saver skimmer rated for 120g.. but I'm afraid that it won't push the foam since water and bioload is not enough to create enough form to gush out to the collection cup.

I also do have live rocks and 2 of marine pure blocks 8x8x1 that has been cycled and used for 6+months

You can skip the bio pellet as those are just additional surface area for bacteria to colonize. Use as much of the rock and brick as you can get into the sump and/or display without creating dead spots. Definitely use the skimmer, you'll get enough bio load between fish feeding, waste, and coral food (which surely you'll use in a frag tang for growth). Monitor and control nutrients, you'll be successful.

Thanks for the advice! What about phosphate control? Bag of gfo media will do the job? Or should I do reactor. Am I making it too complicated

GFO will quickly strip phos out, shouldn't need to be run for long once the tank matures. Best when run in a reactor and kept from tumbling.

Keep things simple, even in a frag tank.
