Help me decide if I should buy this tank.....

Does the lighting come with it? If so, what kind of lighting?Are there any scratches on the front panel? How old is the Tank?(consider the age of the seams).What kind of skimmer?

A 190g costs $1000 for just the tank. Even if the skimmer is no good, you still get the sump and stand. I'd say it just comes down to if is in good shape or not (you don't want scratches all over the front).
Do you know what type of skimmer it is?
Personally, I'd acid wash and bleach the rock before using it. The system looks as if someone wasn't keeping up on things. If rock sits in water with a ton of phosphates, it will absorb it and leach it back out. Acid wash removes phosphate.

all depends on age, scratches, what lights, How well built the tank is. if it was cared for, are the seems in good condition, what skimmer, sump, pump is it? lighting as well. i mean you cant bee too greedy i would say. But tanks dont really hold there value if its messed up. keep us posted on what other stuff there is and questions we asked. $1k sounds high, and half these people just shoot out money and spend too much on tanks and dont no the value of there tank. so who knows.

T5 4 bulb light. I don't know what the skimmer is. Stand is pristine but said there was a few very light scratches on the glass. Of course I would have to see the tank in person before committing but was wondering if everything checked out ok if it was a solid deal.
