Im new in the hobby and i want to know if a tunze nanastream 6040x2 will be enough flow for my reef system res sea max e260

It should be, with aided flow from your return pump. It also depends on rock layout and the type of corals you plan to keep.

Well the more indirect flow the better. You might add one more powerhead in there. In my 90 sps I have 2 mp40s a single 1500 gph powerhead and 700-900 gph from my return pump. I could use another 1500 gph. Just don't directly blast the corals but I really like the variation and flexibility of adjustable flow.

I want aesthetics look so put another pump in this aquarium its not a option in this red sea please help me decide what is the best model of tunze pump to choose?

I like the mp40s for that reason. No power cords in the tank and they are well built. That said, absolutely nothing wrong with Tunze. Have you considered the gyre? Also I typically hide one pump behind the rockwork towards the bottom out of view. This has a second benefit of keeping detritus from settling where you can't get to it. I think doing this combined with a Tunze on each side would work well for you.
