Please help me decide which shrimp I should add to my nano. The only fish will be a pair of clowns.

Add all of them
It has crossed my mind if the tank would be a bit bigger. Only have one small cave that one would occupy. if I'd ever do a 40 breeder or other shallow tanks for them I'd highly consider it

Anyone else want to lend an opinion.

Anyone have experiences with any of these?

I am not sure any of them are going to host a rock nem if thats the intention. Other than sexy shrimp most anemone shrimp live very close to their nem rarely leaving it. Sexy shrimp are a bit more adventurous and roam a bit.

The white spot nem shrimp will totally go into a rock anenome and the nem will host it. I had the combo before.

If you want a shrimp that is more active and not chilling a nem all the time, I’d get a different one.

Thanks for your input. Yes my sexy shrimp do roam a bit. But still interesting to look at. So not necessarily do they need to live in one, just dont want them to be eaten.

Thanks for your input. Not necessarily need to be active just something interesting to look at. Getting the fish to see activity.

I love Pederson's shrimp. They are pretty active and mine all come to the surface at feeding time so I hand feed them. I don't have any nems in their tank - I do have ricordea which the sexy shrimp tend to hang out on or near.

Thanks for responding.

This is actually the only one I've seen in person and it definitely is a cool little shrimp.

I have what I believe to be a Venus anemone shrimp. He really loved my Duncan, but I scared him off of it after he kept it closed for a long time. Now he actually sits in my dragons breath macro algae.

He is very active and I love how he shakes his butt. I added a melanarus wrasse to the tank about 3-4 weeks ago and the Wrasse occasionally will take a nip, but most of the times the shrimp will do a quick charge at the Wrasse, claws out, and scare him away.

After much thought the white spot presented itself to me at my LFS. So I scooped him up. I need to get a better photo.

However, if I can get another I probably will do so
