Help me decide

I currently have a 90 gal bow front.

I have an opertunity to pick up a USED Reef Savvy 110 gallon- tank stand and sump for $850. (48x28x19)

new this was well over $4000-

my question: do you guys think it’s worth $850 to upgrade? Tank is a real Reef Savvy brand and the deminsions give me a lot more “floor space” but not a huge difference in water volume. I really like the dimensions.

so I would move to hear other people’s inputs- if it was you, would you keep what you have or upgrade tanks to this reef savvy?

Yup, I do that for that price.
Provided it holds water.
Personally, I’m not much for bow-fronts, the ones I’ve seen distort the picture somewhat, or maybe that’s just me.

I liked the bow front until I owned my own lol. The view can be distorted - especially when looking from a side angle.

but also- the front pane of glass is a pain in the butt to clean- the typical glass cleaners are flat and you can only get the two out sides edged to clean because of the bow. So the only real way to get the “super clean” front glass is to get your elbows wet.
