The anemone looks bleached and unhappy, most likely why it was moving around in the first place. I would get it into a separate tank and keep an eye on it. You don't want to keep it in your display tank because if it does die it'll nuke everything in your tank, they release toxins when they die. #reefsquad any other suggestions?It got sucked up into it early morning sum time it is alive still. Can i do anything to save it?

Indecision may or may not be my problem.
Doesn't look good for the anemone, I would keep a very close eye on it if you keep it in the display tank. It may wedge itself out but I doubt it has much energy to do so being that bleached.

Just leave it in the pump for now, if it’s going to make it, it’ll get out on it’s own.
+1 for putting it in a separate tank.
I try to keep an eye on any new bubble tips, I check on them, or have them checked at least 2 times a day, if they’ve been moving recently.
I have 2 that planted as soon as they touched rock, in a tank, and another that fancies himself a jogger, he’s been doing laps around the aquarium for 2 months.
If you keep your power heads fairly high, it may help avoid this in the future, that being said I still have to move mine occasionly for Hussein Bolt.

White nem is a very sick nem... As mentioned above, it's probably why it was moving around and detached from the rock. Happy nems stay put in "their spot." I would remove it to QT if you could and follow this guide.

Edit: and yea, leave it in the powerhead cover. It'll remove itself from it when/if it's ready and has the energy. Trying to remove it yourself will most likely result in tearing the nem.
