Help me figure out how much Lugol's Solution to add.

I just got my ICP test back and my iodine level is low. So I bought some Lugol's Solution to bring it up. I'm terrible at math. My ICP says my iodine level is 12.00 µg/l.They are saying I need to have a level of 30 - 90 µg/l
My tank is a 120 gallon with a 40 gallon breeder sump. After I get the levels back up, I'm thinking of using the Red Sea A B C D program.

How stocked is your tank? You can start with 2 drops per week. Also you need an iodine test. Overdose is bad. I’m at two drops per day on a heavily stocked sps 110 gal. I do skip a day occasionally.

I read that the iodine test kits are crap.

I'm not a fan of Lugols since it is a largely unnatural form that impacts more than iodine levels.

For those of us that get these low iodine results from Triton do you have an iodine supplement you like other than Lugols?

I do not know if supplemental iodine is generally useful (it wasn't apparently useful for me), but the best bioavailable form to dose is iodide (sodium iodide, potassium iodide, etc.).

There are many hobby brands.
