Hello all, I have a 75 gallon tank with an Apex with mostly sps coral. I also have a 40 gallon with mostly chalices and acans, no apex on the 40 gallon. So I was wondering what would be the best choice of led lights for each of the tanks? Any help is appreciated!

Thanks- Andrew

Is there a price range or features that you are looking at? There are a ton of options out there. I have the Maxspect Mazarra P-Series on my 55 and love them.

I love my ai blue leds - pricey but worth it

The ones I am looking at are the Maxspect Razors, Kessil 150w, and the ecotech radion. I know the ecotech is pricy compared to the other two but it looks like you can do much more with them. Out of those three what would you pick? For the 75 I would really like something that will connect to the apex controller.

I have 4 rapid led Dimmable onyx for sale. It is only 5 months old.
They were controlled by my apex.

Now that I have been using Radions, I see no need to try any other brand. I am completely happy with them and glad I spent the $.

I have a 75 gallon mixed reef with acros, chalices, favias, etc. I use the Reef Radiance Lumentek 120's. 2 lights that are fully programmable for less than 550.00 shipped to your door. I absolutely love mine, and i couldnt ask for a better person to deal with.

i agree with cki i have the reef radiance leds also over my 675 my 300 and my 30 gal reefs and i have amazing color and growth with them just because there cheap doesnt mean they wont do the job and for the customer service you get with rick i will give him my business any day

+1 I can not agree more, Rick has the best customer service I have came across. That is the number 1 reason I ordered from him to begin with. I was skeptical being these were "Chinese" lights. He personally called me on a sunday evening not during business hours and I think we talked for well over a hour. I am absolutely pleased with the lights i purchased. Not to mention, they aren't to hard on the pockets!

I have 2 24" OR Fully programable LED... For a lil less than $600 shipped! I love them so far... Love the sunrise and sunset features!

I use maxspect 420r 16000k with amazing results look at the pics of my nano project all of the corals were started from small frags

Company called Ocean By Design they do custom jobs that are quality leds designed for reef tanks
