In a few months I will be upgrading to a 75 gal reef ready (48"w size with rim). I am researching now for what I want, in case I come across good deals in the mean time.

I am so confused on T5, LEDs, Halaids, blues, reds..and so on. Maybe if I tell you guys my requirements, you can help me narrow the choices? I am feeling T5's is the way I want to go, despite replacing bulbs yearly.

• I want to host a vast array of corals, though not 100% sure of what kinds. I do know I want a nem of sorts.
• I cannot hang lights from ceiling. Prefer something that sits on the rims or clips on the back of the tank without making holes in walls or ceilings.
• I do not want a canopy either.
• One 48", or two 24", whichever is best for the price.
• My condo gets very warm, so it'll have to have a cooling fan.
• My price range is under $500

any input would be great.. thanks!

a 6 bulb ati sun power is a good option and i would suggest getting a reefbrite blue strip for the pop. i think they are releasing a new tank mount soon.. only other suggestion if you don't want to hang would be ai hydra leds or radions...

ATI's are hanging only, right? I haven't heard anything about them releasing a mount. it'd be great if they did!
