Help me id live rock critter

I got some new live rock. 1 mo later I see these things on it.

Any ideas?

First pic, is does that thing move. Kind of looks like those asterina stars that will multiply like crazy..hard to tell from pic. The 2nd pic looks like some kind of sponge. The others I'm not sure which thing we're talking about.

2 and 3 are both sponges, what are you referring to in 1? The grey patch I'd also guess sponge for, but the darker bits may be tunicates or something else. If they move around, they're not those.

Yeah, all three pics are different sponges.
