I have had this tank set up for over 3yrs and never seen this stuff on my rocks before and have not added any new live rock since the beginning. Over the past month these plant like structures and green sponge like structures have starting growing and thriving on my rock.

One of the plant looking things a going like a vine from Jumanji and have pointy leaf like things.

The sponge looking things are about the size of a quarter and have little pores all over them.

My lights are Radions and I have them set all white for the pictures so you can see them better. Too much blue and my camera wont take clear pictures without being loaded by blue spectrum.

Are these good bad or what? Should I rip them out or let it ride and keep growing? Is it a sign of bad water parameters or what? Reef Safe?

I am no expert but I'm pretty sure the green is a type of macro algae (I don't know the name) but it's not considered a nuisance plant and would be fine to grow in your system. The balls look like sponges and should be fine as well - filter feeders.

The plant looks like Halameda. Can't tell if thats a sponge or not for your other pics.

Okay, thanks! I guess I'll just keep it and let them all grow out.
