Someone was shutting down their tank and I got it. The zoas didn't seem very happy and I had some hair algae so I dipped them and found all these little guys along with an asterina starfish and collonista snail. I didn't realize she had never dipped or quarantined anything. Are these good or bad hitchhikers?

The power of dipping. Best 5-10 minutes you can spend on your tank.
I just bought a bunch of coral from a local friend last Friday and he assured I have nothing to worry about - his tank is well established.
I dipped anyway and found 11 super tiny bristleworms, a couple of mysids and what looked like an isopod
