Hey everyone,
I have a 55 gal seahorse only tank with crabs and snails. I used to only have fake plants in there but because I'm feeding heavy and having to bleach clean the plants frequently I decided I'll go all natural and bought macroalgae to help with filtration as well as gorgonians for hitching.
Now today I noticed these guys, see pictures. First I saw one, a while later there are three and it blew my mind, knowing I didn't put them in the tank. So I have hitchhikers lol.
I can't figure out what these are. Right now they are an inch Max, but I also noticed as I tried to evaluate them, it looks like they spawned. See other picture.

Please help me id these guys, what species, their temperament, danger/ threat to the seahorses?

Thanks

I really can't see where I should be looking for these critters.
I don't see them.

The two little guys, the video is off what I assume is their fry

Check out pineapple sponge and see if they look like that.
If not, do these things move?

I think it's hard to make out on these pictures. I'm trying to figure out the little fish, they are mostly hiding so it's very hard to get better pics. The video is off what I assume their fry is

Lol, I have no clue and that other guess was way way off, sorry. I thought something was growing from the gorg.

First time I saw them I too thought it was some growth from the gorg, but then they moved when I got closer to them. And now I counted three in the tank plus at least 100 tiny fry

Looks like Gambusia which is very similar to guppy and Can survive in a saltwater tank. Many stores and wholesalers will keep these in a tank to allow their live babies to be consumed by seahorses.
