Help me ID these tentacled things

At first I thought they might be baby octopus (I did have an octopus in my tank for a month) but there are too many arms. They are maybe 3-5mm in diameter, and the refugium lighting makes them look more pink than they are; they look white. The arms move freely.

All of my inhabitants are from the local waters and I live in Bermuda. My water comes from the ocean, so could be anything from the western Atlantic.

I would guess that or more likely aiptasia. They look funky when they’re tiny. Either way I’d probably try to get it out.
 
Unless you get one like I did that doesn't touch them....

Yes the New Hampshire captive bread Matted file fish can be a little finicky:D:D
