when's all that occur?Neoglyphidodon sp, they get harder to tell apart as they age and all end up as large grey/brown fish that are mean as can be. I'll update if I can narrow down the exact species. Tend to look like Chromis as juveniles and get sold as such.
Not all of themDamsels:mad:....even worse than 6 line wrasse’s
Not in my tank I had had the group for 3-4 yearsAny aggression towards others ?

Ususal unresearched response I'm afraid- do you agree with 'all tangs are big, aggressive, disease ridden monsters' as well. Not in my tank I had had the group for 3-4 years

You quoted a specific damsel in this reply, yes Dominoes are aggressive but not all are terrors. Just off the top of my head in any system larger than 55 g non aggressive damsels include, Talbots, Azure, Starkis Fusilier, most but not all Chromis, Dascyllus marginatus, and Pink and Orange Skunk clowns. This group is from four different genuses of "damsels" and most of them will be pushed around by the majority of fish we keep so to just paint a brush that all damsels are worse than 6 lines does no one any favors. One of the biggest problems I see is people dumping them in a nano and coming to the conclusion they are beyond redemption when in reality they are being dumped in an aquarium that is similar in size to the territory they defend. Of course they are going to be aggressive in a tank this size, the same can be said for many fish in similar situations.Put a domino in your tank and your little group will become none. No research needed. Why don't you try and give us some feedback...

You got a point can blame the whole specie just because a few are like that,,, also got a point on the tank size exampleBut that isn't what you said you said 'Damsels:mad:....even worse than 6 line wrasse’s' the whole genus. So I ask again are in your opinion all tangs are big, aggressive, disease ridden monsters as Liveaquaria (your source) lists them as Semi-aggressive, many grow to over a foot and of course, we have read that they are 'ick' magnets.

I have a couple of yellow tails that arnt that bad. My chromis are ok and back down to all other fish in my 90. Obviously not all damsels are worse than a 6 line. That's not what i said. I said Damsels make me mad...even worse than 6 line wrasses. I don't know where you get your bad info on tangs but I love em'..BTW, that doesn't mean I want to have sex with them.
Agree nasty little buggers. I bet in a big enough tank you would see the agresion go away. They would have their own territory.I've never seen a Domino that wanted company.
