You're welcome! Sometimes I sound like a 5 year. I swear they speak in longer sentences with more subdued enthusiasm. I just really like these guys. I thought their diets were very specific, but the more I read, the more I realized they eat a lot of nuisance filamentous algae that others won't eat.

Weeeeeeeeelllllll.... I'd be super excited if it were something destructive like a true fireworm, too..... but I would feel bad for ya.... really really bad (in between bouts of excitement)

The link below is the the perfect place for slugs (and some other things) with one HUGE flaw... it lost funding 6 years ago and they are no longer updating it. It's such a loss, but at least they are maintaining it for us. Bill Rudman is a true expert and we had direct access to his knowledge.

Wow I've never seen this site before but it has such a large data base!! Thanks for the link, I didn't know there was so many types of Elysia slugs.
Any idea the exact species name before I go through each one??

I have no idea of the exact one, I'm afraid. Yes, that database is just gorgeous and it makes me nauseous that it has stopped growing. Good digital cameras are in the hands of more and more hobbyists, so this database could have exploded with knowledge. It's really a shame.
