Help me Id this mantis

Can you all help me find out what this is the lady at the pet store said she thinks it’s a histirix but there’s some others that look similar

did you check the mural spots? What do those look like?
 
This may be a dumb question but how does one check that

This is the spot... on the smashers. Mantis colors are highly variable and can change just on depth of where its living so to ID... you need to look for distinguishing characteristics.

Hystrix has large pink eyes. Does yours have pink eyes? like this?

So the eyes are more of a dim orange and there is no spot on his arms and I will look through the list again
