Help me ID this 'pest'?

There's a few of these small white things about 2-3mm long that sits then squirms along my magnetic glass cleaner. I managed to capture one with an eyedropper, and put it under the microsope.

looks like an amphipod or copepod to me

PODs are good and a sign of a healthy system
