Help me ID thsi worm

I have just noticed this worm coming out of a rock. Please let me know if it is ok to keep, or not? If not how one could get rid of them?

Looks like a common bristleworm. Good hitchhiker and great addition to your clean up crew Their numbers will self regulate based on how much food is available. If you don't overfeed their numbers will stay down

yep.I found out years ago when I rescaped the tank not to touch them.it's like having a bunch of splinters in your fingers you can't see or get out.
