I know this morish idol has ich but what are these bigger patches on it? I thought it was flukes but not sure

Could be lympho. On the fins.

I do see ich on the body as well. Treatment for these guys, the sooner the better. They are very finicky and once they stop eating they usually won't start back up.

Thank you. For the info this is a new disease to me. I will wait for Prazi to run its course. Right now what has worked for me in this tank before has been to feed heavy with selcon and garlic. I started adding ginger powder to their food and 1 or 2 omega 3 pills . I hope I'm able to overcome this case of ich as have my other fish. My other fish aren't showing ich and they are all eating I hope they are healthy enough to not be affected by it.
