Help Me Identify my new coral

I bought some corals from the store, and I impulse bought one without learning what is was. I am new to the hobby. The coral is rock like in texture. It resembles a saucer with a bump in the center. The edges of the saucer are irregular and throughout the hard coral there are little stony bumps. The coloration is red. The frag cost me $15.

Montipora like a decent amount of flow, don't blast them but have enough flow so particles don't settle on them. You said your new so keep a close eye on calcium alkalinity and magnesium, when monti takes off it'll suck it up quickly

Nice monti. The bump in the middle is likely the top of the frag plug the coral was started on.
